Role Overview
As a Junior Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating the economicand financial viability of RepAir’s technology and business initiatives. Youwill contribute to techno-economic assessments, develop financial models, andsupport business development activities such as lead origination and customercontract management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-onexperience in a fast-growing start-up operating at the intersection oftechnology and sustainability.
KeyResponsibilities
Techno-EconomicAnalysis & Financial Modelling:
- Conduct techno-economic assessments of RepAir’s technology, comparing costs, benefits, and market potential.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, pricing trategies, and business planning.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory frameworks, and industry benchmarks to assess the commercial viability of new initiatives.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Business Development Support :
- Assist in lead origination by identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities.
- Support customer contract management by preparing financial proposals, drafting agreements, and coordinating negotiations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and finance, to align business strategies with market opportunities.
- Monitor and assess customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business growth strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and techno-economic assessments.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling software, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience (internships, academic projects, or work experience) in financial analysis, business development, or energy/sustainability sectors is an advantage.

As a fast-growing company, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the optimization and scale-up of our manufacturing processes, focusing on electrode production, ensuringthe efficient transition from pilot to full-scale production.
Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling up manufacturing processes for our electrochemical CO₂ capturetechnology – electrode production. You will work closely with the production team to enhance efficiency, improve product quality, and ensure smooth transition from pilot-scale to full-scale production. This role requires hands-on approach, working in a fast-paced environment to troubleshoot and refine processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimizemanufacturing processes of electrode production, ensuring efficiency,scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- R&D orientation: Focus on developing and identifying new technologies to scale up processes.
- Transfer toproduction: From pilot production to full-scale manufacturing includingrefining workflows, improving equipment utilization, and troubleshootingprocess inefficiencies.
- Validationsprocess: Design and execute experiments, data analysis to improve productquality
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to implement new materials, components, and process innovations into production.
- Work closely withtechnicians and production staff to document best practices, standard operatingprocedures (SOPs), and process improvements.
- Lead root causeanalysis and corrective actions for production challenges, ensuring continuousprocess improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with R&D to ensure smooth technology transfer from laboratory-scale innovations to pilotand full-scale production.
- Collaborate withengineering teams to refine equipment design, enhance process automation, andimprove production line efficiency.
- Support qualityassurance efforts by developing and implement process control measures.
- Provide technicalinput to procurement and supply chain teams to ensure material selection andsourcing align with process requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science.
Experience:
- 5+ years ofexperience in process development, manufacturing, or production engineering,preferably in electrode fabrication (e.g., for batteries, fuel cells, electrolysersetc.).
- Hands-on experiencewith scaling processes from pilot to full-scale production.
- Strong background inprocess optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturingprinciples.
- Experience withautomation, process control, and industrial equipment implementation.
- Proven track recordof leading process improvement initiatives and troubleshooting complexmanufacturing issues.
- Experience withproject management and cross-functional team collaboration.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ahands-on approach to troubleshooting.
-Ability to work in a structured and methodical way, ensure tasks stay on trackwith the defined methodology, and proactively raise flags when issues ordeviations arise.

Position Overview:
As the Head of R&D, you will be responsible for leading and executing our R&D efforts and ensuring the advancement of our electrochemically based carbon capture technology. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and business leaders to innovate, prototype, and scale our solutions. You will also play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology portfolio and collaborating with external stakeholders such as academic partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Direct the company’s R&D Strategy.
· Develop and drive the R&D to advance electrochemical carbon capture technology from early-stage concepts to scalable, commercially viable solutions.
· Oversee the design and execution of experiments, simulations, and testing to validate and advance new electrochemical systems and materials for CO2 capture.
· Lead and mentor a diverse R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning.
· Spearhead the discovery of new materials, processes, and technologies that enhance the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of CO2 capture systems.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to transition promising R&D concepts into pilot projects and eventually scalable CO2capture systems.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, new research, and advancements in electrochemistry, carbon capture, and climate technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Work closely with the CTO and executive leadership to align R&D priorities with business goals and funding opportunities.
· Partner with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D outcomes into scalable products.
Resource Management & Budgeting:
· Manage the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic objectives.
· Oversee the development of project plans,timelines, and milestones, and ensure that R&D activities are executedwithin scope and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Education:
· PhD in Electrochemistry, Physics, ChemicalEngineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience:
· 10+ years of experience in electrochemical, CO2capture or energy technology development, including at least 5 years in aleadership role.
· Proven track record of leading successful R&D teams in the development of novel technologies, ideally in the areas of CO2capture, batteries, electrolyzers, fuel cells, flow cells or energy storage.
· Proven experience in scaling laboratory prototypes to pilot and commercial products - Must
· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to energy and climate technologies.
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to tackling complex technical challenges.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be a key part of the teamresponsible for developing and scaling our electrochemical stacks,focusing primarily on experimentation and multi-physics/other simulations. Youwill work closely with a multidisciplinary team to test and refine systemperformance, optimize processes, and develop innovative methodologies forelectrochemical CO₂ capture. Your work will be essential in translatinglab-scale concepts into scalable, commercial technology.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, execute, and analyze experiments to advanceelectrochemical stack performance.
· Develop and refine testing methodologies forevaluating materials, components, and system behavior.
· Conduct simulations (e.g., electrical, mechanical,thermal, and flow) to optimize stack operation and inform experimental design.
· Collaborate with engineers and scientists to bridgethe gap between simulation and real-world performance.
· Identify and implement improvements in systemdesign, process efficiency, and scalability.
Qualifications:
Education:
· BSc in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, ChemicalEngineering, Process Engineering, or a related field – Must.

· Proficiency in numerical modeling and multi-physicssimulations (e.g., CFD, FEA, electrochemical modeling) – An advantage.
· Experience in process optimization and scale-up ofcomplex engineering systems – An advantage.
