R&D Researcher

RepAir, a fast-growing start-up at the forefront ofinnovative carbon capture technologies, is expanding its R&D team in MevoCarmel, Israel. Join us in the fight against climate change and help shape thefuture of electrochemically based carbon capture solutions.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven R&DResearcher to advance and commercialize our breakthrough technology. Thisrole combines a multidisciplinary approach, integrating materials science,electrochemistry, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, and processengineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the advancement of technology at     both the materials and process levels.
  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews     to identify cutting-edge developments and potential solutions.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze hands-on     experimental work in a lab setting.
  • Collaborate closely with international     R&D partners to accelerate project progress and innovation.

Requirements & Experience:

  • MSc or PhD in Materials Science, Chemical     Engineering, or Chemistry (or a related field).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with     electrochemical systems (such as fuel cells, batteries, or electrolyzers).
  • Strong experience in lab-based     experimentation and data analysis.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability     to work effectively in collaborative, cross-disciplinary environments.
  • Fluency in English, both written and     spoken.
  • A dynamic, curious, and success-driven     mindset with a passion for success.

Chemistry Lab Technician

RepAir, is an emerging start-up developing innovative carbon capture technologies to fight climate change, is expanding its dynamic Engineering Department in Mevo Carmel (Yokneam), Israel.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Chemistrytechnician to join our Process development team. Key responsibilities include fabrication of electrodes, carrying out analytical procedures and lab maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication of electrodes
  • Performing analytical procedures
  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment and environment
  • Documentation  and reporting of experimental results
  • Ensuring  compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Collaborating  with team members on various projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hands-on chemistry lab work
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
  • Proficiency  in English, both written and verbal
